Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment. However, if there are specific products or equipment that you have and would like us to use, please add that to the job notes when booking or call us. We are flexible and can also use your supplies if you’d prefer.
If it’s your first time having your home professionally cleaned, we usually recommend a Deep Clean. Then use basic “Baseline Clean” as recurring maintenance cleanings. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call and we’d gladly discuss with you and help you decide!
We offer recurring cleanings at a discounted rate. Weekly (20% off), Bi-Weekly (15% 0ff), Monthly (10% off).
Yes. You can request the same team or cleaner each time. We will do our best to prioritize you and your cleaner(s) together. However, sometimes cleaners can be unavailable due to booking, vacations, sickness. If this happens, you can either use one of our other amazing cleaners, or you can request to reschedule (no additional charges).
No. You do not have to be home for your cleanings. When you book online or over the phone we will take not of how to enter the home and perform the cleaning. However, if our cleaners are unable to enter the property due to an incorrect access code, or someone not there to let them in, the cleaning will be charged at full price. Our team will make several attempts to contact you prior to leaving the property. We recommend ensuring that access codes are accurate, or someone is available to let the cleaners into the home.
As long as your pets are not aggressive the pets may remain to roam free as you wish! If your pets tend to be aggressive, then we ask that they be removed from the home during the cleaning. Please note that our cleaners will not remove feces from your home. For health and safety reasons, please ensure that there is not feces in the home.
Yes. All of our cleaners are fully background checked prior to being hired.
Nothing. Just relax and let our cleaners handle everything. Unlike other cleaning companies, we do not require you to do pre-cleanups or straightening up prior to our arrival.
There is a field to enter notes while you are booking. Please enter your special request there and the Team will see it. Or you can call anytime and we can add it for you.
To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If our cleaners are unable to access the property at the scheduled time and no entry instructions are provided or you cannot be contacted, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us with 24 hours and describe your issue. We will send a cleaner back to your home at no charge to correct any issues.
No, we don’t charge by the hour. At Baseline, you’re not paying for time, you’re purchasing a result.
Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, not how long the cleaning takes. This means you’re buying a complete cleaning service, not an hourly session.

No. There is no minimum monthly spend and no charges for cleanings you don’t receive.
You’re only billed for services that are actually completed.
If you need to skip, reschedule, or pause a recurring cleaning, just let us know within our standard notice window and we’ll adjust accordingly. Our goal is flexibility and long‑term relationships, not locking you into usage you don’t need.
